We collect and compare quotes from vetted contractors. You sign them, never us.
Access and security
Keys, alarm and site access are managed for the whole duration of the works.
Follow-up on site
Regular visits with dated photos of progress, and a prompt alert if something goes wrong.
Stage checks
Before each stage is paid, we check that the work matches the quote and report back to you.
Snagging and handover
A punch-list at the end, and a home ready to live in when you arrive.

Fees and transparency
A coordination fee is agreed in writing before any work starts. You sign every quote. Any commission or discount received from a contractor is disclosed to you.
Works follow-up is part of the Domaine plan, and is available on quote alongside Veille and Intendance.
What we are not
We coordinate and follow works. We are not architects or engineers: design, structural and regulatory matters stay with your architect or the relevant professionals.
