For renovations or larger projects, we call on an independent architecture practice with over 30 years of experience in the region, backed by dedicated administrative support so every message and quote stays on track.

Every plan is priced in a written quote after a visit to your property, with a fixed monthly fee. Any coordination fee on works, and any extra intervention, is agreed in writing beforehand. We do not manage rentals or collect rents.

Good to know
Do you manage short-term rentals?
No. We focus on caring for your home while you are away. We do not handle rents, leases or guest bookings. If you also rent out your home, we can work alongside your rental agency.
What happens in an emergency?
On Intendance and Domaine plans, we respond to alarms, leaks and storm damage. We act within a spending limit agreed in your contract, and inform you immediately.
Who are the craftsmen you work with?
Local professionals we know and have vetted. We keep their insurance and ten-year warranty certificates on file. Quotes are always signed by you.
Can we communicate in English?
Yes. Contracts, reports and day-to-day communication are available in English and French.
Do you cover mountain resorts?
Yes, in the Portes du Soleil: Morzine, Avoriaz and Châtel. These properties are quoted separately, to reflect travel time and the seasonal needs of a mountain home.
